Recently franchised tagged receiver Antonio Bryant, officially excepted the 9.8 million dollar tag according to the Tampa Tribune, sighting that Lamont Smith, the agent for Bryant sent a text message confirming his client has signed the the deal. Bryant who had 83 receptions for 1,248 yards an 7 touchdowns last season was hoping to land a much more lucrative & long term deal in the range of 5-6 six years giving the receiver a sense of commitment by the team.
The hope is that Bryant can continue to flurish as a player, on an off the field before the team commits long term resources into a player with a troubled past.
