Bucs add Niko Koutouvides to “we-fense”

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, have announced that they have signed LB Niko Koutouvides, 27, formerly of the Broncos, Koutouvides has started 2 games out of the 73 he has particapted in since being drafted in the fourth round by the Seattle Seahawks with the 116th pick in the 2004 draft. With 123 total tackles and 1 sack credited to his tally sheet in five pro seasons, Koutouvides is a special teams stand out that has the size Jim Bates is looking for in his new traditional 4-3 defense. At 6’2 238, Koutouvides will compete for one of the OLB spots with Quincy Black and Geno Hayes.
