Bucs agree to 4-year deal with Stroughter

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to a 4-year deal with seventh round pick receiver Sammie Stroughter. Stroughter was the 233rd overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at Oregon State, were he caught 164 passes for 2,653 yards and 14 touchdowns.

To make room for Stroughter on the roster the Bucs cut WR Amari Jackson, as well as linebacker Jamaal Johnson and cornerback Evan McCollough.

Details of the contract are not yet known, but PewterReport.com is reporting he has escalators in the final year of his deal.
