Bucs hire capologist of sorts

PewterReport.com is reporting that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have hired Douglas Daley as the teams Director of Football Administrations. Daley has a background in real estate contracts, it is believed that Daley will fill the role vacated by Kevin Demoff, who was hired by the Rams to serve as their executive vice president of football operations and chief operating officer.

Daley is expected to be saddled with such job responsibilities as negotiating contracts, salary cap management, strategic planning and college and pro scouting.
