Recently signed free agent linebacker Angelo Crowell, who was sidelined
all of 2008 after under going surgery to repair a badly damaged knee. Told the St.Pete Times that he participated fully in Tuesday’s workouts and is ready to go. Crowell, will battle third year pro Quincy Black to man the strongside after the team cut veteran Cato June earlier in the off-season.
“I don’t have any symptoms anymore,” Crowell said. “There’s no swelling; I don’t have any pain. And I’m past the testing stages with it. I’m onto the improvement part and so I’m starting to get my speed back, my quickness.” Source: Tampa Tribune.com
