Bucs looking for angry workers’

by Roland Johnson on March 23, 2009

During an interview with Ira Kaufman at the owners meeting in Dana, Point California Raheem Morris revealed that the team is looking for as he calls it angry workers & tough guys. Well it is a stark contrast to what many felt ex-Bucs coach Jon Gruden wanted which was clam under pressure workers that were mentally tough.

Is seems that Morris is wanting to turn a finesse type of team into a smash mouth minded club very quickly, all though he realizes that wins & losses are what the team will be judged by. He doesn’t think pundits and fans should have lowered expectations.

“Those people obviously haven’t talked to myself and [general manager] Mark Dominik,” he said. “People are entitled to their own opinions. It’ll all be determined in September with wins and losses.”
