New head coach Raheem Morris‘ first training camp wont feature as many two-a-days as years past, the team is currently scheduled to have 8 two-a-days out of the 19 days, but Morris is hoping that dawning the pads more, will lead to a more physical, energetic camp. Under the guidance of former head coach Jon Gruden, the Bucs had 14 two-a-days in 08′, not all were padded and some were merely walk through sessions.
With Morris preaching violence, in that he wants a physically violent, mentally tough team. Sure he is looking at the cost to players it could lead too if, say he had 14 two-a-days that were all padded, which is why the team has decided to stagger the tw0-a-days giving the players bodies a chance to recover somewhat.
If you are thinking about attending training camp this year, the team has a 4,000 fan limit per session. Tickets will be given away to One Buc Club member first, then if there are any tickets remaining they will be given away at the gate. While, it is free to register to be a member of One Buc Club, the catch is that you have to give an email address along with a phone number, which in turn will be given to the ticket sales department to try and peddle you season tickets or even half ticket packages.
