The Buccaneers announced today that they have signed WR Mario Urrutia and released RB Josh Vaughan.

recently with the N.Y. Jets and spent the entire 2008 season on the Cincinnati Bengals practice squad. Urrutia originally entered the league with the Bengals as a seventh-round pick (246th overall) in the 2008 NFL Draft out of Louisville. With the Cardinals, Urrutia recorded 130 receptions for 2,271 yards and 16 touchdowns.
Vaughan originally joined the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2009.
