Pat Yasinskas, of ESPN.com is reporting the Tampa bay Buccaneers have
waived injured FB Byron Storer. Storer who was sidelined last season with a knee injury, had a major set back in OTA’s earlier this week…which lead to speculation he would miss the entire 2009 season. Storer’s claim to fame was a punishing block on the Bucs first every kick return for a touchdown in franchise history that sprung Micheal Spurlock. Yasinskas reports the team reached an injury settlement, which will allow the team not to carry him on IR and pay his entire salary for 2009.
