With words like “continuity” & “chemistry” being thrown around by the organization to settle a fractured fan base, one has to question the double talk taking place within the hallowed halls of One Buc Place.
The amount of coaching turnover on the horizon for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this off-season. With rumors of the teams willingness to part ways with several assistant coaches is a direct slap in the face – 180 degree turn about from what the team has so eloquently spoken during press conferences, with regards to building continuity and team chemistry. The actions of those in charge tend to speak louder then words these days.
Now for a second straight season the team plans on a massive overhaul within the coaching ranks. Are we still to believe, that the teams number one priority is still that of finding continuity for the young players to excel? When position coaches are continually dumped on a whim, how can any player excel when the powers that be can’t even settle on one scheme, let alone coaches. Whatever chemistry was built this past season, will all but be lost during the transition of coaches from this past season to next.
It’s almost as if the Glazer’s, general manager Mark Dominik and head coach Raheem Morris take the fan base for granted. As a naïve, illiterate, mindless bunch willing to swallow anything shoveled there way.
It’s plain to see that the Bucs, even with all there efforts to mislead and misguide fans haven’t a clue on how to go about building continuity or team chemistry. It doesn’t start with constant change as they would lead you to believe by there actions.
