Since Raheem Morris was named head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the one constant flowing from his lips has been “physically violent” & “mentally tough” when he refers to the “lasting contender” he’s building. However, it suddenly appears that Morris for some reason has gone soft.
For the second time in two weeks Morris and general manager Mark Dominik will bus the entire team across the Bay to St. Petersburg to practice in the air conditioned confines at Tropicana Field on Thursday.

The Buccaneers activated Aqib Talib from the suspended list. To make room for Talib on the 53-man roster the team announced that they released 2010 seventh round draft pick defensive end Erik Lorig.
Practice Squad Moves
The eight-man practice squad was shuffled when the Buccaneers signed rookie guard Brandon Carter and released rookie punter Brent Bowden.
