RB Michael Bush a Buc?

by Roland Johnson on February 26, 2009

Amid an avalanche of speculation, with absolutely no founded truth or credible sources, there has been a flurry of rumor mongering over the last 24 hours that the Buccaneers brain trust, has been in contact with their counter part from Superbowl 37, The Oakland Raiders that could have the Bucs acquiring oft-injured running back  Michael Bush from the Raiders for a second day pick in this years draft.

While it would not surprise anyone if the team did some how swing a trade for Bush as they had front row seats to watch Bush carve the defense up in the final week or the regular season as he rushed for 177 yards and 2 touchdowns.

The only problem with this little juicy morsel is that Al Davis still hasn’t gotten over losing to the Bucs in the Superbowl, any trade that would go down would have to have the Raiders fleecing the Bucs or at least have the team bent over  in a very uncomfortable position if you catch my drift.
