The often criticized, out spoken, and charismatic Kellen Winslow,  reveals in his darkest moments following a 2005 motorcycle accident that nearly took away his life long dream of playing football in the NFL, that he seriously contemplated suicide.

Even though he’s usually misunderstood and considered a malcontent from many who just don’t understand the brash words that he often lets roll off his tongue,¬† since joining the Bucs during the off-season, the six-year veteran has been a role model of sorts to the youth on the team.
